The Graph allows application developers to easily identify and combine events occurring on the blockchain in graphQL. As a result, smart contract data can be obtained through a single API call. Thus, he is a monitor for the end developer. At the moment The Graph is working with Etherium, and in the future I also see work with other well-known blockchains.
At this stage, I see more and more developers being attracted to The Graph to create larger and larger applications.
Also at this stage of development, the project needs to scale the network, but this is only a matter of the near future.
